Legal Framework for Artificial Intelligence
The Senate is currently analyzing Bill 2,338/2023, a bill that seeks to regulate artificial intelligence tools in Brazil. This legal text seeks to reconcile two views on AI: one aimed at protecting individual and collective rights, the other at imposing obligations on organizations that develop and use tools with a greater risk of impact .
