The project establishes rules and criteria gambling data south korea for the use of AI and sanctions of up to R$50 million per violation or up to 2% of the companies' revenue, as well as the prohibition of participating in experimental regulatory environments ( sandbox ) and the temporary or permanent suspension of the system.
Inspired by the EU AI Act (a project to regulate Artificial Intelligence in the European Union), this relevant regulation is currently being evaluated by the Senate's thematic committees and should later be forwarded to the Chamber of Deputies.
Ensuring the protection of individual and collective rights in the face of rapid technological advances is a priority. The lack of regulation creates legal uncertainty for technology developers and implementers, as well as exposing users to potential rights violations. It is essential to establish a clear and comprehensive legal framework to avoid gaps and ensure cohesive action and adequate protection for all stakeholders. |
