Is often in and out of the stage. It's interesting to think about how long a team needs to work together to reach the performance stage. Each team operates differently, sets different ground rules and has different goals. These stages are a rough framework for how a team should be structured and become a high-performing team. Forming everyone is getting a feel for everyone and trying to absorb the group dynamics. Often people try to avoid any kind of conflict and although.
